Please find attached the Reconsideration Letter for PEBT from MDHHS for the first reporting period (September through February) for your program.   If a child or children were absent during the months specified in the letter due to COVID, the family can apply for reconsideration to receive PEBT benefits for the days absent.  The deadline to apply for reconsideration for the first reporting period is June 30th
To apply, eligible families will complete the attached PEBT Reconsideration Form (available in English, Spanish and Arabic) and submit to MDHHS no later than June 30, 2022.  To assist parents as much as possible, it is recommended that the program completes Section 1 with the program information, including the "date student became eligible" which is the date your program met the 5-day threshold (or later if child was enrolled later).
